Junior Marketing Designer
Location: Midlands Depot
One of our designers is retiring, and we are actively seeking a skilled replacement to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both digital and print design projects, working across various mediums to support our brand and marketing initiatives. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with different teams to produce high-quality, impactful designs that align with our goals.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation and updating of printed and digital catalogues.
- Designing graphics for events, trade shows, merchandise, and other marketing materials.
- Revising designs and preparing artwork for print.
- Setting up products for photoshoots.
- Editing images in Photoshop.
- Creating web graphics.
- Supporting marketing plans through the creation of mixed-channel assets.
- Occasional presence required at trade shows/events (transport provided).
Essential Skills and Qualities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A degree in Graphic Design or at least 1 year of experience in the field.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for art and design.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and take direction from senior management.
- Quick learner with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and openness to constructive criticism.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Must be able to commute to Bilston, as this is a full-time office-based role.
Desired Skills (preferred but not vital as training can be given)
- Motion graphic skills or willingness to learn.
- Videography including editing using Adobe Premier Pro or After Effects.
- Understanding of Mailchimp for email campaigns.
- Understanding of web UI & UX.
- Photography skills a bonus.

Warehouse Manager
Location: Somerset Depot
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the warehouse liaising between Sales, Procurement and transport departments.
- Maintain infrastructure of site Inspecting equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilisation, inventory management and shipping.
- Overseeing team performance.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Assist Transport Manager manage logistics utilised to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
- Checking balances and undertake stocktaking and oversee annual stock take.
- Completing all necessary paperwork including work instructions, etc.
- Daily production scheduling.
- Resolve any quality issues and record non-conformances and remedial actions.
- Assist in training and development of team.
- Handling complaints from staff and customers.
- Reporting to senior level management and undertake presentations as required.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with current legislation.
- Work alongside team as required
- Attend Health and Safety Meetings and Management Meetings.
Desired Skills and Qualities
- Good Communication skills and ability to work with all levels of company staff.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, road furniture and corporate garments desirable.
- Good telephone manner.
- Good team player.
- Knowledge of Fleet Operators Scheme (FORS) would be desirable.
- Basic knowledge of transport regulations (training would be given).
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- Previous experience as manager of Warehouse distribution role desirable.
- Use power point and comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
- Level 2 Maths and English required.
- Able to use own initiative.
- IOSH Managing Safely certificate.
- Full driving license.
- Forklift driving license.
- IT skills, Microsoft word, Excel and Sage (training on Sage would be given).

Location: Bolton Depot
We have a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver fantastic customer service to join our highly successful branch as an Internal Sales Support, where you will build relationships with our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone calls and emailed enquiries from customers.
- Provide quotations and process orders, with the use of Microsoft Office and Sage.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Work with teams across the business, managing your time to ensure deadlines are met.
- Other administrative tasks as requires by business need.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- Previous experience working in a busy sales office for a builder's merchant, plant hire company, hire shop or distributer.
- Good knowledge of contractors tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), road safety signs, electrical equipment, catering suppliers and janitorial products.
- Good communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, helpful approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to react quickly to ever changing demands.
- Self-motivated person with a positive attitude, as well as a team player

Experience using Sage Accounting Software or the ability to learn new systems (training on Sage would be given).
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break).
Alternative Saturdays 8:30am - 12pm.
